Vegan: Shitaki Mushroom Adobo

by - April 11, 2015

Hey guys! hope you are all having a fantastic weekend. I have been really busy the past few days hence the absence. So, today I thought I'd pop over and share with you one of my favorite "creations" my healthy go-to meal whenever I want something done in a hurry. So here is my simple Shitaki Mushroom Adobo.

Ingredients:

Fresh Shitaki Mushroom
Onions
Garlic
Sesame Seeds
Parsley (dried)
Spices (black pepper, Japanese all spice, Cayenne pepper, Coriander or any spices of your choice)
Olive Oil
Organic Soy sauce (organic being optional)

The Simple Way - Put the fire in medium heat. Saute the garlic and onions in olive oil. Wait till it smells wonderful and a little roasted. Then add the Shitaki Mushroom. Stir quickly. Add soy sauce and spices when the mushroom becomes a little soft and spongy. Then sprinkle with parsley and some sesame seeds. And there's your simple vegan meal. Good luck and let me know what you think about it. Have a beautiful day everyone!
